Effective 3 November 2026. This page covers the Market Library operations console.

Market Library connects an ERP tenant to seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, Walmart, eBay, and Meesho, and to shipping partners used for self-ship orders. The tenant who operates this console decides which accounts are connected.

Information the console uses

Sign-in client key for the operations session. The session token stays in this browser until you sign out.
Marketplace and carrier credentials you save: client ids, secrets, refresh tokens, shop or merchant ids, and webhook verification values. Secrets are stored encrypted for that tenant.
Catalog, price, stock, listing, order, and shipment records needed to publish listings and sync orders.
Buyer details that a marketplace includes on an order, such as name, address, and phone, used only to fulfil that order.

How it is used

Data is used to authenticate the console, call the connected marketplace or carrier, publish or update listings, reserve stock, and record shipment status. It is not sold.

When you connect a channel, the related product, stock, order, or shipment fields are sent to that channel so the requested action can complete. Each marketplace and carrier handles that data under its own terms.

How long it stays

Credentials and sync records stay for the tenant while the connection is in use. Signing out removes the console session token from this browser. Removing a credential or closing a connection stops further calls that need it.
